Why dandelions?
I believe that when we look for the beauty in common things, we can learn a lot about ourselves. When you look at the humble dandelion, what do you see? Wishes or weeds?
The dandelion is strong and thrives in adverse conditions. I've seen many people in the course of my work who have resilience to overcome adversity, so I know that it's possible.
Dandelions are beautiful, useful plants; they are not "weeds." No person is a "weed" - we are all perfectly imperfect, full of wishes for the future.
Just as a dandelion lets go of its seeds, as resilient people we can let go of what holds us back.
Make a wish on a dandelion and send your dream out to the world!
Peace,
Beth
